You might remember my freefall ride I talked about a long time ago.

I built this contraption some time ago, and personally, I don't think it is constructed *that* good, however it *is* an interesting project...
I compiled the video from old recordings and photos, the videos are poor quality and incomplete... But it DID work. Unfortunatly I can't shoot new footage, because the model doesn't exist anymore...

How many times did it crash before you got it working?

It has only crashed once...
and it was due to my stupid mistake. I pulled on a rope too long, until I activated the release. The bottom station wasn't done yet, so it couldn't brake, and the thing crashed down...
How did you anchor it to the ceiling?
it is attached to a hook in the ceiling... it was there for a cage for a bird past away a long time ago...
