Hey, I just noticed something interesting. If you look under the cover of the box (where they show the parts inventory), you can see the manual with part of the top page flipped up. The picture you can see there is part of SoundBot!
Yeah, way back in Feb or March, I posted a grainy shot of it and asked what it was... I think a LEGO "insider" responded, because someone did suggest a DJ/sound function... now we know.

I'm expecting that you've essentially made a drum machine.
2 motors as inputs, one a pedal, the other a dial...
US sensor and touch sensor (with a pedal on it) for inputs
A 'microphone'.

I almost cant wait for the programs to come out.
Im most interested in the sound bot, but the Classic clock also sounds interesting.
Aha, the portal has changed! But it only gives links to the building instructions website and the public mindstorms forums.
